鋼球磨斑的測量是利用我司專(zhuan) 門研製的磨斑測量係統來完成的，測量精度為(wei) 0.01mm，通過底部安裝台的特殊設計，能在不取出鋼球的情況下，對油盒中三個(ge) 鋼球的磨斑進行測量、測量時先將油盒放置在顯微鏡座上，使鋼球對準顯微鏡的物鏡，再轉動調焦手輪，求得清晰的磨斑。旋轉油盒，用同樣的方案依次測量出另外兩(liang) 鋼球的平均磨斑直徑。三鋼球平均磨斑直徑的算術平均值即為(wei) 本次實驗的平均磨斑直徑。

一般情況下，對於(yu) 同一磨斑，在PB點之前，磨斑讀測數據，橫向大於(yu) 或等於(yu) 縱向，在PB點之後，磨斑讀測數據，縱向大於(yu) 或等於(yu) 橫向，均屬正常。
In general, for the same spot, before the point of PB, grinding spot to read the test data, and the horizontal is greater than or equal to the longitudinal direction, after the PB point, grinding spot to read the test data, and vertical is greater than or equal to the horizontal, as normal.
